About Me

My name is Victoria Edwards. I have always loved to be in the Kitchen creating something new. My aunt Cathy was and still is my inspiration. I started to bake cakes for fun never knowing where it could lead me! I am thankful more and more each day for where it is taking me!

My Inspiration!

Ever since I can remember I have always loved to be in the kitchen. Baking snicker doodles, no bakes, and helping mom in the kitchen. It all really began when I was 8 years old. My Aunt Cathy lived in Colorado Springs, Colorado and was the best Gourmet Chef and Baker around.. Especially in my eyes. She owned Gold Tooth Annie's, produce shops and catered a TON! There I was helping set up all the fresh veggies and ripe red cherries in the front of the restaurant Gold Tooth Annie's. There she served one meal a night.. whatever she felt like making. Brisket, lasagna, roast.. you name it she made it. People would drive hours to come to Gold Tooth Annie's. It was just delicious! I would wait tables, serve the food, run the register, sell the produce and last but not least, help prepare the food. There I found my passion. Cooking, baking and just being in the Kitchen. I always have wanted to be like my aunt Cathy. She passed away back in 2008 from a long battle of Leukemia. It was devastating. She was the most giving and selfless person I had ever known! A year or so before she had passed away she gave me this Pastry Chef book. It is about 5 inches thick! It is the world to me. I know that to this day she is still long side me baking away. So there is it.. My Inspiration, my angel always there guiding me with my hands to help me create and transform fondant. I love her!

Always in our favorite place, the Kitchen.
